Image : This area displays the image being calculated. The calculation
is made in small squares, typically by the mental ray rendering method.
Below the image are two horizontal bars that display the render progress
meter: the one on the top indicates the progress of the current render
phase and the one on the bottom shows the complete render.
History : This area, below the image, includes all the rendered images in
the drawing session, allowing for easy comparisons. Columns include the
output size in pixels, view name, render time, and render preset. Tools
(presented in the following topic) are provided to save images.
Image Information : This area displays all the default settings used for
the selected image, including some statistical information.
Menus and saving images
On the top menu bar, under File , we can save the image or save a copy of it under
another name; View allows the display of the status bar or the statistics area; Tools
allows zooming in to or out of the image (the mouse wheel also allows for this).
