Select option [sElect/Hidden lines/Scale/
Visibility/eXit] <eXit>: Option
Options for this command, when using AutoCAD objects:
sElect : This command allows you to select objects to add to views or re-
move objects from views. It can only be applied to the base view. This
option does not exist on Version 2012.
Hidden lines : This command allows you to choose the selected view rep-
resentation between Visible lines , Visible and hidden lines , Shaded
with visible lines , and Shaded with visible and hidden lines .
Scale : This command specifies the view scale. If the selected view is the
base view, all projected views get the same scale. If the selected view is
a projected one, the scale modification is only for that view.
Visibility : This command specifies options for including interference
edges and tangent edges.
The view scale for the base view can also be modified with the PROPERTIES or
QUICKPROPERTIES commands. An easier method is to select the view and apply
the small triangular grip to get a list of all available scales.
When using a ribbon interface, the VIEWEDIT command also displays a contextual
grip, with all important options for the selected view:
