The LAYOUT command
Another way to create layouts is by applying the LAYOUT command. This command
allows for several operations with layouts:
Command: LAYOUT
By default, the command prompts for an existing layout to activate:
Enter layout option [Copy/Delete/New/Template/
Rename/SAveas/Set/?] <set>: Option
Enter layout to make current <Layout1>: Name
The remaining options are:
• Copy : This option creates a new layout by copying an existing one
• Delete : This option deletes a layout whose name is specified
• New : This option creates a layout with a specified name
• Template : This option imports layouts from a DWG, DWT, or DXF file
• Rename : This option renames the specified layout
