In-Depth Information
These grapevines need some canopy management: pulling off the extra leaves,
pushing the canopy up between the positioning wires, and exposing more of the
fruit.
Removing Laterals
Work your way along each row pulling away the extra foliage from the fruiting zone
and removing lateral shoots.
FOURTH YEAR
In the fourth year you are trying for a crop, with 70 to 90 percent of the vines having
grapes. You may get more if you had a full three years of prior growth.
