A.6. Insight into the XML schema
The XML schema below presents the Postal Code class,
i.e. the associative class between Territory Office and City . It
is easy to distinguish two foreign keys and the “/postal code”
derived attribute, the business rule of which is attached in
the model in the form of a declaration towards a Java class.
When using a BRMS, calling on the rules engine would be at
our disposal, which would avoid a hard-coded rule in Java
programming language.
