The Report Builder
The report builder can create reports that can be used as needed, or from which you can get
regular updates. You can create these reports by running searches or pivots. Below we will
show how to create a report using a search you have done on the same sample data that we
have been using.
To create a simple report of the counts in each category, take the following steps:
1. In the search box, type the following:
buttercupgames | stats count by categoryId
2. You will see a chart on the screen.
3. Click
Save As
and select
Report
as shown in the upper right-hand corner of the
following screenshot:
