The stored memory value is constantly circulated inside the memory loop
until the Read/Write and Row Select wires are polarized to logic '1', at which time
the incoming input is fed into the memory loop and circulated. If the Row Select is
polarized to logic '1', and the 'Write/Read' is polarized to '0', the current memory
value inside the loop is fed to the output. If the Row Select is polarized to logic '0',
then the memory cell will always polarize the output cell to logic '0'. Simulation
