LA CRÊPERIE €
9am-11pm Mon-Sat, to 10pm Sun; 1, 5, 8, 12, 14, 15, 17, 25, 26, Vltavská)
Odd place to
put an authentic French crêperie, in a forgotten corner of Holešovice. Still, if you hap-
pen to be in the area, it's worth a stop for excellent sweet and savoury open-faced
crêpes called galettes. The
galette complet
(ham and cheese with an egg on top)
makes an excellent and filling breakfast.
AMERIC
AMERICAAN
BOHEMIA BAGEL €
120-240Kč; 9am-11pm;
;
5, 14, 15, 17)
This hamburger, bagel and breakfast outfit
remains the best all-round place to grab a light meal in this barren stretch (at least
from a culinary standpoint) of Holešovice. It runs a popular brunch on weekends.

ZERIA
LUCKY LUCIANO €
;
1, 5, 12, 14, 15, 25, Vltavská)
You're in luck if you're staying at Sir Toby's Hostel:
this little pizzeria nearby serves very good pizza, as well as traditional Italian appet-
isers such as
insalata caprese
. The service is friendly, and there's a big tree-covered
terrace out the front.

CAPUA €
1, 8, 15, 25, 26)
This corner restaurant just above Strossmayerovo náměstí is widely con-
sidered the best pizza place in the neighbourhood. But in truth it's only good, not
great. The inviting interior is divided into two rooms, with nonsmokers getting the lar-
ger and nicer one to the right. The pizzas are thin-crusted and follow the usual for-
mula of Italian combinations.
