BlackBerry Desktop Manager
The following is the step-by-step procedure to create a backup of the BlackBerry device
using
BlackBerry Desktop Manager
:
1. On the forensic workstation, install
BlackBerry Desktop Software
. Certain ver-
sions of BDM may be required to connect with older BlackBerry devices.

detected.
