Where to drink and party
Greenwich has a large collection of pubs but they're predominantly chain owned and lack-
ing the originality of North or East London. Southwark is populated with flashy bars for
those working in the skyscrapers. You'll be able to find a decent pub while you're on this
side of London, especially if you head to Greenwich village. However, this section along
the southern side of the Thames isn't known for partying, and there's no need to drink here
unless you're already in the area.
