60. A CLIENT completes one or many CLIENT APPLICATIONS. A CLIENT APPLICATION
is completed by one and only one CLIENT.
63. A CAREGIVER APPLICATION lists one or many CAREGIVER JOB EXPERIENCES.
A CAREGIVER JOB EXPERIENCE is listed on one and only one CAFIEGIVER
APPLICATION.
Business-Specific Rules
4. The agency may fail to arrange for a CAREGIVEFI to provide the SERVICES required
in a CLIENT APPLICATION because the agency may not have CAREGIVER
APPLICATIONS for CAREGIVERS who possess the appropriate SKILLS requested by
the CLIENT.
7. The agency may fail to arrange for CAREGIVER to provide SERVICES for a CLIENT
because the CAREGIVER may possess CAREGIVER SKILLS which are not required by
any SERVICE requested in any CLIENT APPLICATION.
9. An EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT describes all SERVICES to be provided to the CLIENT
by the CAREGIVER as well as specifies the SALARY SCHEDULE to be paid to the
CAREGIVER by the CLIENT.
10. A CAREGIVER may choose to live in their own dwelling, instead of living with the
CLIENT in their home.
11. The agency provides a substitute CAREGIVER to the CLIENT when the original
CAREGIVER leaves within four months of their employment start date. This
guarantee will only apply it the CLIENT has paid the agency fee in full one week
prior to CAREGIVER arrival in the home.
13. An APPLICATION specifies name, address, salary requirement, and APPLICATION
REFERENCEs.
15. A CLIENT APPLICATION specifies the specific SERVICES required by a CLIENT.
17. A CAREGIVER APPLICATION specifies a CAREGIVER's JOB EXPERIENCE.
26. The agency keeps records of all CAREGIVER JOB EXPERIENCES specified in a
particular CAREGIVER APPLICATION for historical purposes.
28. The agency requires three APPLICATION REFERENCES be specified on each
APPLICATION and approved before the agency considers matching CLIENT
SERVICES with CAREGIVER SKILLS. This requirement ensures that only quality
CAREGIVERs are placed in employment positions with quality CLIENTS.
36. Only SERVICES which have been reviewed and approved by the agency may be
stated in an EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.
56. The agency is not responsible for any actions performed by the CAREGIVER while
they are performing SERVICES for a CLIENT.
57. Although current SKILLS are specified on a CAREGIVER APPLICATION by a
CAREGIVER, the agency maintains a complete list of CAREGIVER SKILLS for
historical purposes.
59. A CAREGIVER may complete many CAREGIVER APPLICATIONS because a
CAREGIVER'S SKILLS or skill expertise level may change as the person acquires new
job experiences.
61. A CLIENT may complete many CLIENT APPLICATIONS because their CLIENT SKILL
requirements may change as DEPENDENTS no longer need assistance.
