According to the management, credit is available for farm inputs such as
fertilizers, feeds and fingerlings. Farm inputs are made available by ICOUR
to rice farmers in the Tono Scheme who must sell their products to ICOUR.
This gives ICOUR guarantee for the payment of their services. Farmers who
cultivate vegetables buy their own farm inputs and sell their products to
markets of their choice.
