BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND
Each DB project will provide additional lessons learned and will dramatically affect the
organization's learning curve for DB. Some issues or problems may develop, but, if the
organization's leadership and management are prepared and keep the end in mind, espe-
cially with respect to the project objectives, the appropriate actions can be taken and deci-
sions made to overcome those problems and drive the project to a successful completion.
