In-Depth Information
INTERVIEWS
Interviews offer an additional method of communication between owners and their DB
proposers. Interviews are typically used to get to know key members of project teams and
gauge how they communicate and perform in a demanding environment.
VALIDATING RFP CONTENT
THROUGH INDUSTRY REVIEW
Prior to the issuance of a final RFP, owners may choose to solicit industry feedback by
distributing a draft RFP and contract to potential proposers. This approach allows for
feedback from potential teams and provides owners the opportunity to refine the RFP
in support of proposal submittals that more closely align with owner's and marketplace
expectations.
Following the receipt of comments and questions, owners may choose to share writ-
ten comments and questions with all potential proposers. One method for responding to
comments and questions that were submitted by proposers is to hold a working session in
which technical, legal, and other issues are discussed.
