7.1 INTRODUCTION

ods.for.sharing.the.data.we.have.so.carefully.acquired,.pre-
served,.and.managed..There.are.several.reasons.that.we.will.
consider,.and.each.may.engender.different.approaches.or.pro-
cedures.appropriate.to.the.speciic.needs.of.those.situations.
Those. approaches. will. include. the. format. in. which. the.
data.are.produced,.the.content,.the.timing.of.release,.and.the.
actual.physical.media.and.process.for.delivering.the.electronic.
information.(Figure 7.1)..We.also.discuss.reporting.protocols.
and.suggest.some.ideas.to.ensure.that.the.reports.you.create.
