3.10 CELLULAR DEVICES
As. noted. above,. cell. phones. and. smart. phones,. while. part.
of.the.telecommunications.sector,.deserve.and.demand.their.

about. the. use. of. the. phone,. and. it. keeps. track. of. the. calls.
made.and.the.duration.and.resultant.charges..So.now.there.
