. One nice thing about box model-
ing is that you can often easily do it in
an off-axis view, or even in Perspective
view. The workflow isn't so dependent
on adding geometry that is floating in
space and needs a straight-on view in
order to position properly. To create this
chair, I worked in an off-axis view
exclusively.
In the previous exercise, you selected a
loop of vertices on the bottom of the
vase with Alt-RMB. But what if had
wanted to select not a connected loop of
edges, but the disconnected loop of par-
allel edges above it?
