Using the G key, move that entire column of keys to the left something like eight frames, to frame 28.
Press Alt-A again and analyze the timing. It's better, but now the gap between the second and third poses
is a little long. RMB select one of the keys in the third pose on frame 48, use the K key to select all of
the other keys on that frame, then move them to the left three frames or so. Pressing Alt-A again seems
more natural. The trick here is that if you get the timing close to correct on these static poses, your eye
and brain will fill in the motion for you, and it will click. Later, once all of the poses for your animation
are done, you come back and “release” it from Constant Interpolation mode and actually start to work
on the in-between motion.
