What We Missed
Character design and modeling is another one of those huge topics. This chapter has equipped you to
strike out on your own. Do some anatomy study. If you can't draw figures, get yourself one of the many
great “learn to draw igures” topics that are available. You can literally spend all of your available time
working on character development and modeling. Like so many other artistic endeavors though, at some
point you just have to call it quits. Hopefully the techniques and suggestions in this chapter will allow you
to develop an acceptable character within your time constraints.
Next Up …
We've modeled and lit our scene, and created a character. In Chapter 7 we learn how to apply believable
surfacing to everything we've built.
