Stop the animation and drag the red line back to frame 0 at the start of the animation.
This is critical before you perform the next steps, otherwise the changes you make may
be treated as part of the animation and not a global change to the hierarchy.

In the Layers section on the bottom right, find the two Head layers. There is one with a
bone icon next to it and one with a picture icon. Double-click on the one with the
picture and a dialog should appear. Select the Image tab and click on the Source
Image button.
Select the PirateHeadClam.png file you created earlier and select OK . The pirate should
now have the clam's head, but it will be a little bit off-center.

Select the Translate Layer Tool from the Layers Tool section on the left-hand side of
the interface. Now, drag the clam's head so that it fits neatly within the pirate's
neckline. as shown in Figure 10-24.
