Cabinets: doors may open and contents may fall out if unsecured
Storage items on desks, shelves, or other surfaces: may fly or fall if unsecured;
special hazards if toxic or flammable
Fixtures: heavy objects may fall if unsecured or poorly secured
Hanging objects: if unsecured, plants, pictures, mirrors may fall
Lights: can swing, shatter, and fall
Exits: consider conditions that would block room exits, such as toppled
furniture
Lifelines: problems in room if adjacent to lifelines, such as water pipes,
break
