When you get to the end of Heiligeweg, turn right into Kalverstraat. This is another pedes-
trian shopping street which will lead you out to the famous Munttoren. Standing on Mun-
tplein square, you will find an interesting tower that was part of the Amsterdam medieval
city walls. This tower was rebuilt in 1620 after a fire in 1618.
