After you've had a look at the house signs, head through the white arch and into the Am-
sterdam Museum (you don't actually have to pay to get into this part of the museum; it is
a shortcut that takes you to another part of the city). In the Amsterdam Museum walkway
you will see a 40 metre patchwork carpet made by artist Barbara Broekman representing
the 179 international communities living Amsterdam.
