Naadam Tickets
Admission to the stadium (except for the two ceremonies) and to the archery and horse
racing is free, but you'll definitely need a ticket for the opening ceremony and possibly
the last round or two of the wrestling and closing ceremony.
Cost Ticket costs vary per section; the north side of the stadium (which is protected from
the sun and rain by a roof) is more expensive, with tickets going for US$40 or more. The
cheapest ones are around US$12.
Buying tickets Tickets are sold at the Naadam Stadium and at the Cultural Palace ( Click
here ) . They usually go on sale on 6 July but can be nearly impossible to get on your own,
as locals stand in line for hours to scoop them all up. The guesthouses and hotels always
manage to get a few for their guests and this is the best way to get one. You can try to
buy one from a scalper outside the stadium before the opening ceremony, but the going
price is around T50,000.
