agricultural land each year. These climate changes outputs (hydrological
hazards) resulted in a defi cit agricultural production rate during 1985-2010.
Consequently due to food defi ciency the people sought other resources
to manage and adopt other occupations which ultimately affected rural
livelihood. The average annual results of the 25 years analysis concluded
that the household families increased at the rate of 4% every year due to
high rate of population growth whereas on the other hand, 2% household
families changed their livelihood occupations from the primary sector to
secondary and tertiary sectors each year.
