4 LTCC dual-polarized L-probe patch antenna array with the open-ended
SICs structure for 60 GHz wireless communication applications has been designed
and tested. The proposed 60-GHz dual-polarized antenna array has compact size,
wide bandwidth, good isolation, high gain and wide 3-dB gain bandwidth by em-
ployed the multilayer SL feeding network, “differential feed” L-probe approach, and
open-ended SICs.
