In Vivo Studies

Swiss albino mice of weight group below 25 g were selected for the study.
1 9 10 5 EAC cells cultured in MEM, 10 % FCS, were injected i.p. Treatment was
started when mice weight reached above 30 g (Day 1). Mice weight is proportional
to the development of ascetic fluid in peritoneal cavity and observed for longevity.
