To enhance its gene delivery efficiency and minimize cytotoxi-
city, small cross-linked PEI with biodegradable linkages were
synthesized and evaluated for their transfection efficiencies
in

condense pDNA with PEI. PEI-DNA complexes with 30-60 nm
diameter and stable for more than one month at 4°C with respect
to size and transfection activity were prepared. Intraperitoneal
