associated with coefficients d 31 (V d31 )and d 32 (V d32 ) are separately plotted
be seen that the maximum difference between the total output voltage and the voltage
induced by d 31 is at θ =90 and is equal to 4.5%. The voltage component resulting from
the d 33 coefficient is close to 0 which is similar to biaxial PVDF film behavior. In many
applications in which the uniaxial PVDF film experiences merely a uniaxial tension, it is
preferable to affix the film in such a way that its material coordinate system coincides
with the global coordinate system, where the deviation angle is 0.
