In-Depth Information
. Flow cytometry is used during clinical testing in order to assess both safety (e.g.,
antidrug antibody testing) and pharmacodynamic effects (e.g., CD4 รพ T-cell
counts). It is also used in pharmacokinetic assessment to monitor the plasma
levels of protein- and peptide-based therapeutics.
Part II of the topic is intended to provide detailed descriptions of the various
applications of flow cytometry throughout the drug development lifecycle.
