PCR Bioassay
The description of the PCR bioassay can be found in [ 16 ]. In the error-free case, the
completion time is 18 s, and the size of the biochip is 8 8. We randomly generate
20 error cases, and part of the simulation results are shown in Table 3.10 .Wefind
that for this small bioassay with a small number of operations, Method I is more
effective than Method II.
