Getting Around
Tokyo's public transport system - a tourist attraction in its own right - is excellent.
It's a good idea to get a pre-paid Suica card ( Click here ) , which works on all
trains and buses and means you won't have to worry about purchasing paper tick-
ets.
Train
The rail network, which includes 13 subway lines (run by either Tokyo Metro or
TOEI) and Japan Rail (JR) lines, will take you pretty much anywhere you need to
go. It's the quickest and easiest way to get around, though it doesn't run between
midnight and 5am. With a Suica pass you can transfer seamlessly between lines.
