This welcoming sentō (public bathhouse), with English signage and no policy
against tattoos, is the perfect place to dip into Japan's bathing culture. Unlike
most sentō , the tubs here are filled with pure hot spring water, naturally the color
of weak tea. Another treat: the lovely, lantern-lit, rock-framed rotemburo (outdoor
bath). The sauna is an extra ¥200. (
