Stroll Yanaka Ginza
Yanaka Ginza is pure vintage mid-20th-century Tokyo, a cluttered cluster of
street stalls that feels like a bustling village thoroughfare. Stop by butcher
shop Niko-no-sato ( 3-13-2 Yanaka, Taitō-ku; croquettes from ¥90; 10am-7.30pm Tue-
Sun) for one of its famous menchi (minced meat) croquettes. Hunker down on
a milk crate with the locals and wash it all down with a beer.
