floor has two large courtyards, where military personal once ran their drills. The fourth
floor contains lavish Renaissance artworks and furnishings. The fifth and uppermost floor
contains a magnificent terrace that is dominated by a bronze statue of an archangel.
Even if you are not much for taking in the history of the Castel Sant'Angelo, you will find
the panoramic views of Rome from the fifth floor to be absolutely breathtaking.
