lize lessons learned by others and not to lose any important aspect. Decision support
tools can be expert systems or structured information or navigation support through
regulations, science and technology. Focus on innovative technologies (which may not
widely be known) can result in a better technology than the best available one, and it
makes management more cost- and environmentally efficient.
