(VKKI, 2010).
Another typical and well-documented contamination case is a former zinc-lead
mine in Hungary. Frequent kidney problems lured the first scientists and drew people's
attention toward contamination of mining origin at the Gyöngyösoroszi mining area
in the north of Hungary at the end of the 1980s. The mine had already been inactive
