Yucca
Yucca extract is sometimes used in compost tea brewing and foliar sprays to help plants
deal with stress and to help the spray stick to plant leaves. It's also used to clean out irriga-
tion emitters. Other than some experimentation, I haven't bothered using it much because I
don't think it's as important as the above biostimulants and it's manufactured so far away
from me. I have heard good things, though. It foams heavily when added to a tank that is
being agitated or a compost tea bucket that is brewing, so it's added at the end. I've used ΒΌ
cup per 1,000 square feet, and it sells for $20-$40 for a quart.
