In-Depth Information
consciously make good choices when dealing with computer vendors and cultivate com-
petition among the computer industry producers. This action helps to establish probable
good effects and consequences as viable good prices, tasting and packaging of the com-
puter products or accessories (Philipson). Philipson described the intent of the administra-
tion to initiate advice for the promotion of systems packaging, similar to that of the general
purpose system.
Finalizing the Consultation
After reviewing the computer science and technology literature, the students and co-
ordinators reconsidered the goals set by the students and made changes as needed. Coordin-
ators advised participants to continue the research study and review the tool used to carry
out the research along with the goals at each contact. The coordinators made an appoint-
ment for a follow-up phone call in two weeks, usually at the same day and time as the ini-
tial face-to-face consultation. The coordinators asked the students whether they would like
their information included in a research project conducted by the coordinators for use in
developing the program and reporting to the city authorities. If students responded posit-
ively, coordinators asked them to read and sign the consent form.
