33. A couple of inishing touches can be made by selecing the four faces staring from
the symmetry plane, on the second row of faces of these last extrusions, moving
them a bit in the negaive direcion of the Y axis (right view), and then extruding and
moving the extrusion into the posiive direcion of the Y axis (right view). There is
also a small extrusion to be done and tweaked to shape the border of the headlight
beter. Once again, a screenshot will help in making the procedure clearer:
At this point, we have modeled the enire front part of the car—except for a few
small elements. It's now ime to start working on the back part.
Let's work on modeling the rear fender of the car; thankfully, we have already
modeled the front fender and this ime the process is going to be almost the
same—conceptually speaking.
34. Using the front and right views, posiion the 3D Cursor at the center of the back
wheel, add a circle from the right view and set its verices parameter to 16, select
and delete the lower six verices, and tweak the remaining 10 to create the shape
surrounding the wheel, following the blueprint.
