Sala d'Armi
The Armoury was the first room of Pezzoli's 'house-museum' to be completed. Its
Neo-Gothic interiors were styled by La Scala set designer Filippo Peroni, but his
theatrical folly was destroyed in WWII. The new room, with its tomb-like interior
designed by Arnaldo Pomodoro, feels like something from a 16th-century Raiders
of the Lost Ark .
