My fi rst real go was at nineteen at university, with Plasticine under an old line tester. It was like a drug.
Once I started to move the object and bring it to life, it was an immediate adrenaline rush, the best feeling
ever, immediate results, incredible and addictive. I couldn't stop, didn't want to stop, that was it for me.
I had found my perfect path in life. All I had to do was to see if I had the skill and ability to carry it all
through. I knew which company I wanted to work for (Cosgrove Hall). I just had to persuade them.
I graduated with an award for the best stop motion short fi lm and after that made my way to Chorlton to
pursue my next step up the ladder to become the Nick Park of Cosgrove Hall.
Enthusiasm like that cannot be bought.
