44. In SUM for DMO, continue with the post-processing workflow (Phase 6) until the
update is complete.
a. Repeat phase in case of errors.
45. Run SWPM to split off the ASCS instance from the existing PAS instance in the BW
on HANA system.
46. Create the order_by.txt file using the createorderby.jar_ file in the BW on HANA
system.
47. Replace the order_by.txt that has already been created in the installation directory
(where sapinst_dev.log is located) with this new order_by.txt file (created in the current
directory).
48. Uninstall the interim BW on Oracle. Do not forget to:
a. Delete profiles for user <SID>adm.
b. Delete usr/sap/<SID> and /sapmnt/<SID>.
c. Unbind and unmount database instance from the host (to save Oracle DB).
49. Install ASCS (reuse the interim BW as CI on HANA).
50. Import database to HANA system.
51. Install the PAS (reuse the interim BW as CI on HANA).
52. Run SWPM. Install the ASCS (use new BW CI on HANA).
53. Run SWPM. Database instance export/import in parallel. Enter the export parameters
in the workflow until SAPinst prompts you to manually shutdown SAP.
54. Stop SAP and clean up shared memory.
55. Run SWPM. Database instance export/import in parallel. Continue the workflow for
SAP HANA database-specific load.
56. Execute MIGTIME analysis on export performance in the interim BW.
57. Execute MIGTIME analysis on import performance in the BW on HANA database.
58. Execute MIGTIME analysis on merged export/import performance in the BW on
HANA database.
59. Conduct the HANA database health check via the HANA Studio.
60. Take a full database backup from HANA Studio.
61. Install the PAS (use new BW CI on HANA).
62. Revert configuration to use the shared hosts file (replace mapping of IP address for
hostname sapd<SID>).
