If errors are still reported in
RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY, use the program from SAP
Note 1299635 which covers the physical deletion of PSA data. Pro-
gram Z_RSAR_PSA_PHYSICAL_DELETION is included in this
note.
16. Delete inconsistent error DTPs. Use report RSB_ANALYZE_ERRORLOG to ana-
lyze the error logs. Use report RSBM_ERRORLOG_DELETE to delete old entries.
17. Delete old process chain logs using reports RSPC_INSTANCE_CLEANUP and
RSPC_LOG_DELETE.
18. Delete jobs without variants using report RS_FIND_JOBS_WITHOUT_VARIANT.
19. Delete old job logs with report RSBTCDEL2.

with report RSSODFRE.
21. Reorganize SAP Office/Business Workplace documents with report
RSBCS_REORG.
22. Check and clean up table change logs (DBTABLOG) using transaction code SCU3 to
check the logs and report RSTBPDEL to delete old logs.
23. Check and delete old tRFC Queues. Use the reorganize option from transaction code
SM58 to delete old tRFC queues.
24. Delete temporary BW database tables with report SAP_DROP_TMPTABLES.
25. Drop empty partitions in F tables with report SAP_DROP_EMPTY_FPARTITIONS.
26. Reorganize TemSe and Spool using transaction SP12. Go to TemSe Data Storage.
Run the consistency check. Run report RSPO1041 to delete old spool requests.
27. Compress InfoCubes. Use report SAP_INFOCUBE_DESIGNS to check the size of
the E and F tables. Use InfoCube administration or process chain to compress InfoCubes
with large F tables.
28. Delete BW statistic tables that are older than 30 days. Run report
RSDDSTAT_DATA_DELETE, or alternatively, use transaction code RSDDSTAT and
delete statistical data.
