Apatosaurus
Apatosaurus is another massive plant-eating
sauropod related to Diplodocus and
formerly known as Brontosaurus . Around
20 m (65 ft) in length, but with a massive
skeleton and weighing more than 20 tons,
it was the largest dinosaur known after its
discovery by Marsh in the Morrison
Formation ( 153 - 155 ).
