The circuit of Fig. 11.8a simulates a floating inductance of value L ¼ CR n1 R 2
where R n2 ¼ R p2 ¼ R 2 . The circuit for grounded negative simulated inductor, on the
other hand, realizes the negative inductance of the value L
CR p1 R p2 as shown
in Fig. 11.8b . In both the cases, the value of the inductance can be adjusted
electronically by I B1 and/or I B2 .
