10.2.23 TXTZ CCII
The two-X and two-Z second generation current conveyor (TXTZCCII), as sym-
bolically shown in Fig. 10.23 , was introduced by Fongsamut and Surakampontorn
in [ 63 ] and is characterized by the following matrix:

Through two examples, the authors of [ 63 ] have demonstrated that a TXTZ-CCII is
particularly useful in realizing single-element-controlled sinusoidal oscillator using
a bare minimum of only four passive components (i.e. only two resistors and only
two capacitors). A typical bipolar implementation is shown in Fig. 10.24 which is
