wall circles the entry to Cub Cave. Entry to the cave is prohibited.

Pass a path on the right that leads to a low stone wall, about 25 feet from the trail. The
wall circles the entry to Bear Cave. Entry to the cave is prohibited.

Turn right, following the trail north. On the left is a narrow gravel road blocked by a gate.

Reach an interpretive station on the right. Pass a small, concrete, semicircular area
bordered by rocks with a bench.

Reach an interpretive station that explains the yellow stonecrop plant. There is a sit-up
bench exercise station nearby.

Pass a trail that comes in from the right. It is a shortcut back to the trailhead. Continue fol-
lowing Spider's Dare.

Reach an interpretive station on the right. Continue on Spider's Dare.

Follow the trail on a semicircle that goes from north to south, and continue south. In about
200 feet, reach an interpretive station. There is an exercise station for push-ups nearby.
Follow the trail as it bears left (east), then makes a hard right, going south.

Pass a trail coming from the right. It is the end of the shortcut passed at 0.5 mile. Almost
immediately reach a bench and interpretive station on the right, telling about the Virginia
opossum.

Reach an interpretive station on the right, telling about the prickly pear cactus.

Reach a Y and take the left branch, heading south. The right branch leads to Cub Cave.
Continue following the trail to the trailhead.
