Setting up an Accountability Hierarchy
From the scorecard page, click on the browse icon at the top of the left-hand
navigation panel and then click on Accountability Map . The following UI is
where you set up Accountability Maps :
You can further refine responsibility for performance by constructing a chain
of commands that must achieve the results. You do this by adding nodes to the
accountability map. Such nodes might be:
• Subsidiary for compliance measures
• Business Unit for inancial measures
• Department for functional measures
• Geographic region for sales measures
• Item Category for marketing measures
Assembling the Scorecard
From the scorecard page, click on the browse icon at the top of the left-hand
navigation panel and then click on Scorecard Template List . The following UI
is where you assemble the scorecard:
