Entering collection results
Now that the
Collection Plan
is set up, when a triggering event occurs, the quality
results will have to be entered:
In order to enter results, navigate to the
Results
menu under the
Manufacturing
and distribution manager
or navigate to
Collection Results
under the
Workbench
menu. You can enter results against a collection plan. Corrective actions may result.
Results can be collated for reporting. For example, control charts or pereto charts can
be generated from the quality results data:
